4. Remerciement

No one can deny that getting an internship is not easy, so I first thank MAScIR Foundation for
offering countless opportunities of this kind, and welcoming me during this six-month
internship.
I would particularly like to thank my internship sponsor, Ms. Khadija EL KAMOUNY, for giving
me all her confidence by providing me the opportunity to work on such an inspiring project,
as well as for the great effort she has done, the valuable support she gave me and all the time she
devoted to me. I also thank Mr. Brahim LAKSSIR, leader of the Microelectronics & Packaging
team, for its encouraging and comprehensive attitude during difficult times and throughout
my internship. I do not forget my colleague Yassine OUAMER, whom I thank very much for all
the help he has given me to carry out my mission.
I find it enjoyable to express my gratitude to all the team members for their warm welcome,
especially Ms. Ilham Bouzida who has never hesitated to share her must- experience, and also
the staff of company that has in any case neglected human values in the relationships I have
kept.
My sincere thanks also go to my pedagogic internship supervisor, Mr. Rachid ELGOURI from
ENSA Kenitra, for its invaluable contribution to my training, and availability for supervising my
internship. I also testify my gratitude to all members of the jury of the time allowed to evaluate
my work.
I do not forget especially my dear parents for their moral and material support, and who have
always been there in the fulfillment of my mission.
Gaining work experience in a high-profile company like MAScIR is not only a pleasure, but also
a real achievement in my university course. Thus I could enrich my practical knowledge in the
company of good people that I will never thank enough.
