In 2009, Robert Molta acquired the Carlson
GMAC organization from GMAC. Today the

industry veteran Robert Molta has owned and
operated top local real estate companies
including Coldwell Banker Keenan & Molta
Associates, Inc. (the second largest company
in Western Mass from 1988 – 2002). He has
also served as the Regional Vice President in
New England for Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage through 2008 and was past
president of our local Real Estate Association
in 2003.
