KLA’s that promotes both theoretical and

PDH allows the student to understand how the body works
and how its performance in relation to the food plate, in
order for them to make the correct and healthy choices.

Students learn essential skills for their future, to analyse their
environment when in risk. These are applied in areas like:

Swim Safety
Stranger danger.
