student learning in their early stages of
knowledge, PDHPE also is among those
KLA’s that promotes both theoretical and
practise. Which makes awareness around
areas that improve quality of life.

PDH allows the student to understand how the body works
and how its performance in relation to the food plate, in
order for them to make the correct and healthy choices.

Students learn essential skills for their future, to analyse their
environment when in risk. These are applied in areas like:
Road Safety
Swim Safety
Stranger danger.

Individuals become part of group, such as games like
