4. NATURE OF JOB:
 Doing of field, local and panel instrument and inspection of same .
 Calibration of instruments using standard practice and test instrument of hi precision and
accuracy.
 Erection of instrument with piping, cable laying, termination, loop checking using latest
instrument and using standard procedure.
 Commissioning of entire system.
 Calibration, installation, repairing, of gas detector in process plant.
 Repairing the instruments like electronic, pneumatics and hydraulic.
 Attending to punch listed jobs are taking care of trouble shooting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Doing the bench and as well as in line loop instrument calibration.
 Worked with flow, pressure, temperature, and level switches.
 Check the calibrates the different kind of filled instrument like flow, temperature, pressure and
level transmitter.
 Check the different kind of control loops in required then rectified the fault.
 Worked with different kinds of control valve, i/p converter, valve Positioned, limit switches and
solenoid valve, Recorder, Rota meter etc.
