About Us
McGregor Boyall is a leading international recruitment
consultancy with offices throughout the UK (London,
Manchester, and Edinburgh) as well as internationally in the
Middle East (Dubai) and Asia Pacific (Singapore).
Established in 1987, initially as a Financial Services IT recruitment
consultancy, we have since adapted to our clients’ business
demands and expanded our recruitment offering into Commerce
& Industry.
We now employ over 140 staff globally and our core focus is to
identify, attract and deliver high quality professionals who can
support and enhance their new employer’s organisation. We have
built an unrivalled reputation for helping organisations recruit the
very best talent to ensure they realise their business and
operational objectives.
Since our inception McGregor Boyall has established itself not
only as a trustworthy partner to whom candidates naturally turn
in their search for a career move, but also as a powerful corporate
ally able to provide hiring organisations with the resource they
seek.
We have been successful due to the professionalism, sector
knowledge and experience of our consultants. Our commitment
to high levels of service and effective delivery has allowed us to
develop strategies and deliver key changes at pace, enabling us to

Our Locations
Headquartered in the City of London, the increasing demands of an
international client base and our commitment to delivering a
seamless service underpinned our decision to open our Asia Pacific
office in Singapore in 2011.
This was followed quickly by the opening of two further international
offices in Edinburgh and Dubai in 2012, allowing us to further extend
our service offering across Scotland and the Middle East region.
In 2014 our Manchester office opened, to provide further coverage in
the Midlands and North of England.
A great success story, the Manchester Team won Team of the Year in
their first full year of trading and paved the way for growth across our
Commerce & Industry Division.
