China is becoming more attractive to foreigners considering buying property, Shanghai remains a
good choice for property investment, A number of secondary cities, such as Chengdu, Chongqing,
Qingdao, Dalian are also recommended to pioneer property investors.
Maxxelli Chengdu attended “Purchasing Private Property (for Foreigners) in Chengdu” seminar held
by British Chamber of Commerce at Sheraton Lido hotel on 22nd of August.
The Norwegian painter Ole A Seifert’s Art Exhibition “Visions” sponsored by Maxxelli Real Estate
was held in Chengdu from 6th to 19th August.
The first Chengdu A.B.E Charity Cup organized by American Chamber, British Chamber and Euro-
