Dear Maurice, I've written this recommendation of your work to share with other LinkedIn users. Details of the
Recommendation: "I can recommend Maurice for a business system management position. As Business
System/QA Manager, he was employed in our office from 22-2-99 until 1-2-13. He did an excellent job and was
an asset to our organization. Maurice has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely
organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. We went along
through several important projects in our company; like the implementation of two different ERP systems, the
accreditation of the ISO 9001-system, support on SOX and AOIC. The first implementation was MOVEX early
2002 followed by SAP in 2010. During these projects he was responsible for the complete implementation of the
project. He was invaluable in small-group interaction with his peers. He took on the responsibility of helping his
colleagues to get the job fully done. He's an expert in setting up company procedures and making proposal to
drive the company forward. This is combined with a strong focus and execution of operational auditing
processes. Also important was the merge of GBC with ACCO in August 2005 and the due diligence
investigation as prelude of the acquisition of GBC EFPD by Cosmo Films Ltd. in 2009. In all these projects I
experienced Maurice as very dedicated and driven to meet deadlines. Maurice was always very keen and sane in
his analysis and he had a thorough understanding of the company’s organization. He can be considered as a very
reliable, competent and trustworthy person. Especially regarding Operational auditing, For me personally he was
a strong business partner. He's a willing learner, accepting and seeking guidance to build his own knowledge and
skill-sets. He's a very pragmatic business leader with a strong bias. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Maurice
and would recommend him to any business seeking an effective business system manager."
