Cabinet encourages BoTs to take 
NZGOAL into account & use CC 
licensing when releasing 
resources
BoTs can adapt ASHS's free, CC 
licensed off-the-shelf policy. 
This policy simply gives 
permission for teachers to 
share using CC.
