Mark Voelker is a graphic designer who graduated from Indiana State University in December 2013 with a B.F.A. in graphic design and minors in art history and creative writing. As a student, he worked as an ad designer for the Indiana Statesman student paper and created visual art with an Our Town theme through a student artist research grant. He has also illustrated for author Alan McPherson and volunteers at the Special Olympics and a local mission.
