The Standards Pilot reports to the Chief Pilot and is responsible for conducting inspections of line operations, recurrent training, and conversion training to promote standardization. They collect and analyze data from inspections and communicate reports to the Chief Pilot. The Standards Pilot has authority to perform flight and training inspections, liaise with fleet and training management, and access all parts of the flight operations department.

Scope
The execution of checks and inspections to promote standardisation across
operating bases and within the training department.
Responsibilities
The conduct of Standards Inspections on Line Operations, Recurrent Training
and Conversion Training.
Collection, analysis and storage of data obtained from inspections.
Communication of inspection reports to the Chief Pilot
Any other duties at the request of the Chief Pilot.
Authority
Performance of flight and training inspections.
Liaison with Fleet and Training management.
Access to all parts of the Flight Operations Department.
