BE INSPIRED. DEVELOPING TOMORROW’S LEADERS
Our long-term “Growth Through Excellence” strategy summarizes
the Supply Chain division’s approach to achieving our three bottom
lines: to become the Provider, Employer and Investment of Choice.
We have demonstrated our ability to deliver against this strategy in
the Americas over the past three years with record new business
signings, continued improvements in our Employee Opinion Survey
results and our enhanced ability to provide a cost and service
advantage to our customers. With our organization’s continued
growth comes increased opportunities for associates at every level
of the organization.
To fuel this growth in the future, it is a strategic priority to
effectively strengthen and prepare our Leaders and Managers.
Toward that end, we have developed a robust training curriculum
that allows you to learn the skills you need to exceed in your
existing role and prepare for your next one.
The Leadership Enrichment Program (LEP) continues to expand and
grow with the business. Throughout this program you will find a
combination of soft skill and technical skill courses. These range
from topics on leadership and operational excellence to the
business skills you need to perform effectively.
We hope that you will take full advantage of the Leadership
Enrichment Program. We are confident that if you do, you will not
only benefit personally from the curriculum, but you will also
expand your knowledge base to share with your peers and direct
reports. The success of the organization depends on you, and
training and development is a vital step towards individual success.
If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to reach
out to the Learning and Development Team or your local Human
Resources Representative.
Thank you,
Timothy F. Sprosty

  • 5. BE INSPIRED. DEVELOPING TOMORROW’S LEADERS Our long-term “Growth Through Excellence” strategy summarizes the Supply Chain division’s approach to achieving our three bottom lines: to become the Provider, Employer and Investment of Choice. We have demonstrated our ability to deliver against this strategy in the Americas over the past three years with record new business signings, continued improvements in our Employee Opinion Survey results and our enhanced ability to provide a cost and service advantage to our customers. With our organization’s continued growth comes increased opportunities for associates at every level of the organization. To fuel this growth in the future, it is a strategic priority to effectively strengthen and prepare our Leaders and Managers. Toward that end, we have developed a robust training curriculum that allows you to learn the skills you need to exceed in your existing role and prepare for your next one. The Leadership Enrichment Program (LEP) continues to expand and grow with the business. Throughout this program you will find a combination of soft skill and technical skill courses. These range from topics on leadership and operational excellence to the business skills you need to perform effectively. We hope that you will take full advantage of the Leadership Enrichment Program. We are confident that if you do, you will not only benefit personally from the curriculum, but you will also expand your knowledge base to share with your peers and direct reports. The success of the organization depends on you, and training and development is a vital step towards individual success. If you have any questions along the way, please feel free to reach out to the Learning and Development Team or your local Human Resources Representative. Thank you, Timothy F. Sprosty Sr. Vice President HR Supply Chain Americas 5
