WaaS brought to you by RF-Works provides robust enterprise class cloud basedWi-Fi.This service is
aligned with Ohio’s ITTransformation allowing you to do more with less staff. Ohio One Network -Wire-
less simplifies wireless for you and your colleagues with services to enable guestWi-Fi, internal business
use, and voice and location based services anywhere.
The offering includes an outline plan comprising five main phases: Define, Develop, Design,
Deploy andValidate.
Define - Identifykeyrequirementssuchasuserpopulation,devices,applications,policiesandanyaesthetic
challengestocreateadetaileddeploymentplan.
Develop – ThedetailedplanandsupportingStateofWork(SOW)iscreatedbyRF-Works.Itisthenreviewedand
agreeduponbybothpartiesafterdiscussion.
Design – SitesurveyanddesignservicesaswellasanyadditionalservicesoutlinedintheSOWareperformed.
Deploy – RF-WorksdeploystheCloudbasedwirelessnetworktothedesignspecificationsagreedupon.Inthis
phaseRF-Worksensuresallsuccesslogistics.
Validate – Afterinstallation,RF-Workscertifiesthewirelessnetworkandbeginsthewarrantedcoverageand
performance.Thisphasealsoincludesanannualtuningwhichkeepsthewarrantyintact.
