topic is about session of morning
assembly of an English Medium School.
2. Actually assembly means the gathering of
large number of people in an area for some
productive purpose.
3. Assembly should reflect the Islamic culture &
discipline.
4. We are meant to conduct morning assembly in
an English Medium School to have our school
environment familiar with English language.

of understanding
importance of Allah’s blessing and
Prophet’s grace by starting the day from
recitation of Holy Quran & Naat.
2. To get students as well as teachers ready
for whole day activities.
3. To memorize the great personalities of
muslims by conducting special event
programme in assembly.
4. To develop their moral values by giving
daily message to students.
5. To improve their knowledge about religion

To check the uniform, hygienic conditions,
presence , and regularity of students.
To build up confidence in students to
exhibit their creative qualities.
To make them disciplined.
To attract the attention of parents towards
English Medium Schools of Government.
Assembly Procedure

 Peon rings the bell at 8:30. All the students

& staff members are gather in assembly
ground. The class teachers stand in front of
their respective classes. Every class
participate once in a week. One student is
their leader, who guides them according to
instruction of concerned teacher.
 He or She calls his/her fellows one by one
on their turn. 1st of all recitation of holy
Quran is done, after that Naat-e-Rasool
Maqbool (Peace be Upon Him). Is
presented.

After wards dua & message of day is given

to the students.
 At the end raising of National Flag &
National Anthem is read.

 The presence of all the staff members and






students in the assembly ground should be
ensured .
There must be proper arrangement of sound
system.
The messages given to the students must be
related to Islamic, historical or moral topics.
Regular checking of students uniform,
hygienic conditions and punctuality.
The students of every age group must be
given chance to participate.
Conclusion

I have discussed in detail the various aspects

of assembly. I can say that we can conduct
assembly in our schools properly by
managing and preparing for it seriously.
After and assembly has been conducted one
can absolutely observe how assembly helps
the students to work together in disciplined
manner. And how it motivates them to be
regular and punctual.

  • 4. Introduction 4 topic is about session of morning assembly of an English Medium School. 2. Actually assembly means the gathering of large number of people in an area for some productive purpose. 3. Assembly should reflect the Islamic culture & discipline. 4. We are meant to conduct morning assembly in an English Medium School to have our school environment familiar with English language. 1. Our
  • 5. Objectives 5 1. To develop the sense of understanding importance of Allah’s blessing and Prophet’s grace by starting the day from recitation of Holy Quran & Naat. 2. To get students as well as teachers ready for whole day activities. 3. To memorize the great personalities of muslims by conducting special event programme in assembly. 4. To develop their moral values by giving daily message to students.
  • 6. 5. To improve their knowledge about religion 6. 7. 8. 9. 6 by delivering short lectures on Islamic topic. To check the uniform, hygienic conditions, presence , and regularity of students. To build up confidence in students to exhibit their creative qualities. To make them disciplined. To attract the attention of parents towards English Medium Schools of Government.
  • 7. Assembly Procedure 7  Peon rings the bell at 8:30. All the students & staff members are gather in assembly ground. The class teachers stand in front of their respective classes. Every class participate once in a week. One student is their leader, who guides them according to instruction of concerned teacher.  He or She calls his/her fellows one by one on their turn. 1st of all recitation of holy Quran is done, after that Naat-e-Rasool Maqbool (Peace be Upon Him). Is presented.
  • 8. 8 After wards dua & message of day is given to the students.  At the end raising of National Flag & National Anthem is read.

  • 10. 10 Recitation of Holy Quran:Say, Allah is one. He is carefree. He is neither the father nor the son of anyone. No one is equal to him.
  • 11. Naat 11 Do Jahan kay Wali ka Do Jahan pay Saya hai Unko to Khuda nay unki Marzi say banaya hai
  • 12. Message of the Day 12 Never depend upon others always have faith and trust on God and your abilities.
  • 13. Dua 13 Lub pay Ati hai Dua bun kay Tamana Mari Zindagi Shama ki surat ho khudaya mari Door Duniya ka maray dum say andehra ho jae Hara jaga maray Chamaknay say ujala ho jae
  • 15. Suggestions 15  The presence of all the staff members and     students in the assembly ground should be ensured . There must be proper arrangement of sound system. The messages given to the students must be related to Islamic, historical or moral topics. Regular checking of students uniform, hygienic conditions and punctuality. The students of every age group must be given chance to participate.
  • 16. Conclusion 16 I have discussed in detail the various aspects of assembly. I can say that we can conduct assembly in our schools properly by managing and preparing for it seriously. After and assembly has been conducted one can absolutely observe how assembly helps the students to work together in disciplined manner. And how it motivates them to be regular and punctual.
