  • Blatter is in his 4 th consequtive term, the sports headquarters are klocated in Zurich Switzerland, The fifa world cup tournament started in 1930, there have been 19 World Cup finals played every 4 years. The next World Cup will be in Brazil in 2014 There are 208 member associations. The 7 founding members are Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
  • Fifa offers fans a unique experience to witness and support football matches all around the world. The Olympics is one of very few other programs that provide world wide competition. Their catch phrase is for the game for the world. Their mission is to develop the game of football touch the world and build a better future. Their goal is to develop programs to teach the world’s youth the game and life lessons they can learn from the game.
  • President Blatter promises to payout one billion dollars for development funds to each of the 208 members of the association if re-elected essentially buying his votes. Hammam trying to keep up in the presidential race is caught offering bribes to members of the Caribbean Football Union in exchange for their vote.
  • Stakeholders stated their disgust with FIFA officials, employees or members of our association demanded investigation, FIFAs reputation clearly took a downfall and host countries that were stripped of what was rightly their World Cup finals have lost millions if not billions of dollars in revenue that the tournament would have brought to their country.
  • President Blatter first refuses any wrong doings in the Fifa organization but after pressured from government committees he submits to full investigations. Hammam and Jack Warner encourage officials to ignore the allegation against them and if asked by the media to keep their head up and respond they had no involvement with any of this nonsense. Highly respected officials step down from their position claiming they want no part of FIFA anymore. Blatter reforms the code of conduct rules to try and prevent any further corruption.
  • FIFA is not the only organization with corruption found in their system, Commonwealth Games and the Olympics have also found forms of bribery and deception within the organization. The first thing our company must do is elect a proper president too much corruption has occurred under President Blatter. Reinforce harsh punishments like fines, suspenion and even bannishment from the sport. Create a group whose only job description is to monitor deal makings between officials. And finally we should re-write the code of ethics which say deal making is encouraged but does not list the fine line where deals become bribes.
