Urban tribes!
Urban tribes are groups who share common interests in
metropolitan areas. The members of these relatively
small groups tend to have similar worldviews, des
styles n behavioural patterns…
…heir social interactions are largely informal and
emotionally laden, different from late capitalism's
corporate-bourgeoisie cultures, based on dispassionate
logic…
Punks

The punk movement was born in the 70's in London, England. PUNK Word
means something like "Garbage, brat or spoiled, " nicknames that adopted
the followers of this trend, as a warning to a society in a cold and
disinterested youth without a larger perspective.
The Sex Pistols band, gave life to the movement, advocating a mystical idea
which to believe: the world genuine rejection of the great, his impudence for
saying "fuck!” and spit on as they saw hypocrisy in the system.
Emos

Close enough to punk and rock, Emo is now know for it's more emotional
state of mind. Instead of the anger hard-core way of expressing one-self ,
Emo (short for emotional) has taken a new tole on the twentieth century of
expressing yourself. From the music with strong emotion and feeling, unlike
hard rock or this is more of an alternative way to let your feeling be known.
Main characteristics of the emo style
most of them enter to this group due to familiar and existential problems
physical appearance.

Hippies

The hippie (or hippy) subculture was originally a youth movement that arose
in the United States during the mid-1960s and spread to other countries
around the world.
Following in the footsteps of the Beats, many hippies used cannabis
(marijuana), considering it pleasurable and benign. They enlarged their
spiritual pharmacopeia to include hallucinogens such as LSD, psilocybin,
and mescaline, while often renouncing the use of alcohol.
Hippies sought to free themselves from societal restrictions, choose their
own way, and find new meaning in life. One expression of hippie
independence from societal norms was found in their standard of dress and
grooming, which made hippies instantly recognizable to one another, and
served as a visual symbol of their respect for individual rights. Through their
appearance, hippies declared their willingness to question authority, and
distanced themselves from the "straight" and "square" segments of society.

Rappers

Rap word derived from English and means "to criticize."
Rap is a style and urban culture that was born in the 70's in Jamaica and
through Caribbean immigrants, entered the United States.
Rap is nothing more than an expression of disappointment and social
criticism, through a unique music, dress and the famous "graffiti
The rappers are obscene friends of the classic American doodle:
"FUCK!"
Sometimes we see children doing this gesture usually not worth
translating ....
Rappers justify the use of drugs, intoxicating beverage and sex without
limits, blaming society as a justification.
Frikis

The “frikis” have always been considered a tribe apart. It is the urban tribes
with greater diversity within the same group. Are “frikis” people who like
Star Wars, American comics, the role, the Lord of the rings, the videogames
and, of course, a "race" apart from these born from “frikis” lovers of
Japanese culture, the “otakus”.
