Real Estate Investor Meeting
As a Real Estate Investor we are mostly all working out of our home all by our-
selves or with one other person. In the day to day operations of our businesses,
questions and discussions come up. We wonder how someone else might handle
the situation or do something. Just because we have always don’t it that way
does not mean there might not be a better way out there.
At the October 14th MAREI meeting we are assembling an guest panel to take
answer all of your real estate investing questions . We are going to do our best to
stump the panel, however, we will still have another 80 or so experts in the room
who can help out if our experts at the front get stuck.

of Superior Rentals a creative finance buy and flip / hold landlord in Blue Springs
and JD Asbell from HomeVestors a flipper, landlord and hard money lender.

2. Self Directed IRA Sub Group
We are excited to announce that Quincy Long from Quest IRA will be in Kan-
sas City the First Week of October and is going to be joining us at two differ-
ent times. MAREI members Brian & Michelle Winberry host a Wednesday
Breakfast Group and Quincy will be joining them on Wednesday October 1st
at 9am at Pocos on the Boulevard and then he will be at the MAREI Sub
Group Meeting Thursday evening at 5pm at the Holiday Inn at 87th and 69
Highway in Lenexa. Attend one or both of the events to learn more about Self
Directed Retirement and Educational Accounts and to ask questions. Both
presentations will be similar, but due to the questions, totally different.
