(serves 4-6)                                                                               with Apple and Tamari Dressing                                                                    (serves 8)

250g cooked whole chestnuts                   1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary                                                                                                                  Cooking oil                                        250ml pint soya cream†
50 ml olive oil                               1 tbsp fresh chopped thyme                   Salad                                                Apple and Tamari dressing                    5 tbsp liquid glucose (available from              75g plain Hob Nobs or similar
