• Manager at ABAP Software Factory in Brasilia/DF. He was responsible for define processes
and patterns, manage deliveries, evaluate performance and drive programmers team to a
high level quality of deliverables. He worked also as a focal point to CSC’s projects who use
Software Factory Model as a solution of delivery of SAP gap’s and Tests results.
• Project Manager at Light since September 2009 by CSC. He was responsible for Data
Archiving Project at SAP CCS since preparation phase until Integration Tests and
implementation phases. This project implemented data archiving processes in billing and
financial modules among others.
• Development Project Coordinator at AES-Eletropaulo since June 2006 by BearingPoint. He
began this project as a senior consultant at BILLING module and became the technical focal
point in charge of development and delivery (along with functional team) of the Energy Bill
Review (AT / MT / BT scenarios) and Judicial Determination. At October/2006 was in charge
of technical coordination, performing this function during the go-live of Low Voltage
(5,500,000 customers). The coordination technique involves the following major activities

Effort Estimation
• Since October 2002 he was allocated at Projeto Sinergia (Petrobras). He began this
project as ABAP developer to PS module and has become the main developer of the
same. Among its tasks in the module were the specification, development and
testing processes. The definition phase included functional and technical definitions.
The more complex developments were most often developed internally in the
project while the others delegates to Software Factory. Later he was called for a
task force to implement the module LT (Transport Logistics) being responsible for
the specification of high complex developments in this module including
Measurement of contracts development involving integration with MM and Prorated
costs development including integration with CO. During this period he took on
responsibilities outside of the module as a technical focal point between modules,
coordination of teams and bureaucratic activities (monitoring of overtime,
compensation, vacation planning, time sheet approval, etc.). Along with project
manager at DBA set up the evaluation process of staff allocated for this company
responsible for the assembly of assessments, distribution and consolidation of
information. In 2005 was invited by IBM to take the role of consultant in functional
module of LT, this function that had main tasks to implement the module in the
Roll-outs, production maintaining, activities management, profiles access
maintenance, specification and development of new processes, distribution and
monitoring of portfolios of development and administration of the backlog of
activities.
• Luiz Felipe was allocated at SAPHIRE project at VARIG (HR Project) from July 2002
to September 2002 in support and maintenance of this module participating in
definitions and solutions. In a multilingual environment was responsible among
other activities of the load of courses and qualifications of Varig's staff from legacy
system to R / 3. At this time achieve the SAP-PP Certification.
• He was allocated at Estácio de Sá University from January to August 2002 as a
resource available for maintenance. He worked mainly in the maintenance of
development of the modules MM, FI, CO and FM. It was the second time that he
worked on this project, the first was in 2001.
• He was allocated at Galvasud in December/2001 to solve a complex issue in a
financial report.
• Data Archiving Instructor at CEMIG in November/2001 to a technical and functional
audience. The course intended to provide the basic concepts of Data Archiving in
R / 3 through the development of new objects for customer tables, indexing and
image archiving.
• He was allocated at Estácio de Sá Estácio in October 2001 as a resource available
for maintenance. He worked mainly in the maintenance of development of the
modules MM, FI, CO and FM.
• Implemented a complex solution for Data Archiving in customer CSN in September
2001 involving the construction of new objects for archiving, indexing of tables and
reports to merge archived data and not archived.
• Along others consultants in August 2001 did an implementation Analysis at UBEE.
Luiz Felipe was in charge of technical analysis.
• Participated as a consultant responsible for developing of ABAP Data Archiving
solutions at Natura in 2001. He worked mainly in MM and SD modules. During this
project also coach a junior consultant.
• At Shell he was a COBOL Mainframe developer participating on numerous initiatives
in this platform between the years 1995 and 2000. Participated in the migration
from VM/MVS operational system to UNIX Operational System. At this time was
responsible for the conversion of programs for the UNIX platform Mainframe.
Participated on Y2K project and became responsible for the adjustment automatic
process. Later was transferred to HR/People Soft area.
