insurance and retail sector. Currently Bharti retail operates approx 225 stores in India. My core areas of
responsibilities in this organization are as follows.
Job Responsibilities:
Currently handling all the order management, distribution, shipping for North India Distribution
Centre supplying to 80 stores from area of 1,20,000 Square Feet (80,000 Working Area & 40,000
Yard).
Monitoring the entire outbound process which involves picking, verification, documentation &
loading of merchandise.
Developing the logistics network, Route plans, scheduling drivers, loading & unloading resources for
facilitating the cost effective and seamless movement of stocks from warehouse to company outlets
and back.
Active co-ordinations with more than 80 stores regarding their requirement & queries.
Analysis of items, warehouse area, routes, stores with maximum complaints.
Analysing & establishing process to minimize error & save time.
Minimizing/Settlement of the discrepancies from the stores.
Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and
routing to all stores.
Generating the Purchase Order and Stock out Orders for dispatching, Scheduling, Tracing, Tracking to
various outlets.
Handling Order Processing & shipping dept. of 6000 + SKUs & Yearly throughput of approx INR 600
crs.
Handling & coordinating with team of 1 on roll associate & 80 plus 3pl associates.
Coordination with replenishment team for the entire inventory activities like stock variances
seasonal & promotional inventory, urgent requirement movement to stores, filling of new store at
proper date, replenishment of stock and its proper storage.
Handle all stores returns (PRN), SINBIN, RTV activities of warehouse & coordinate with the inventory
& HO team.
Ensuring timely & accurate dispatch of goods both in terms of physical movement and
documentation. Making duty-roster of the team. Generating Picking & Dispatching sheet, working for
full backhand support to stores.
Preparation of Various Warehouse MIS Reports – Dispatch Report, Inward Report, Stock Movement
Report, Physical Stock Report etc.
Manage stock accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities of stock receipts, storage,
retrieval and dispatch of goods, up-to-date document recording and data entry into system

Responsible for Administrative Logistics Control - reporting to Management including Sales report,
inventory, reports, Gap reports.
Responsible for the stock kept at the GR area.
Follow up of 100% accurate order processing of Bulk dispatched.
Responsible of PI or Steel Report, MIS Reporting, Record Management (I.E STN, GRN, TAX Invoices
etc.)
Checking of vendor’s bills & reporting to accounts payable regarding the clearance of vendor’s
payments & queries.
Managing warehouse operations and ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost
savings with minimum holding of stock.
Ensuring effective material handling through proper stacking & adopting FIFO/ Safety and security
measures at warehouse to enable smooth and timely movement of stocks
File the documents describe in this SOP according the process.
Responsible for the qualitative good receiving of selected items while GR employee accomplishes the
quantitative goods receiving and administration.
Ensure Handling, checking filling delivery documents, Monitor & Implement GR check list.
Ensure Receive the physically merchandise in the dedicated are, determine the actual received
quantity correctly and ensure that it complies with the requirement described in this SOP.
Ensure Move the goods from dedicated GR area to sales floor.
RADHAKRISHAN FOODLAND PVT. LTD. (Oct’10 TO JUL’12)
Worked as Senior Executive WH OPERATION in RADHAKRISHANA FODDLAND PVT LTD (Supply Chain
Partner of Bharti Wal-Mart) reporting to the Manager Operations (Punjab) with responsibility of
inward of FMCG, GROCERY, CLOTHING, GENERAL MARCHANDISE, DAIRY PRODUCTS.
Handling the overall activities in outbound operations activities.
Developing the logistics network, Route plans, scheduling drivers, loading & unloading resources for
facilitating the cost effective and seamless movement of stocks from warehouse to company outlets
and back Active co-ordinations with all 96 stores regarding their requirement & queries.
Handling more than 12000 Sku’s as well as dairy products & frozen foods.
Ensuring timely & accurate dispatch of goods both in terms of physical movement and
documentation.
Complete control in around 80 supervisors & labours, managing their monthly duty roster as well.
