2. Shipping Policy Your floors will arrive pre-wrapped in individual boxes. Each box/carton is approximately 70 pounds. Non-container delivery is currently only available in NY, NJ, PA, & CT. Delivery by full containers is available in the US and Canada. In stock orders will typically arrive in 5 business days. For special orders please allow a lead time of 45 days. Delivery will be curbside only. Once received please make sure to count all boxes to make sure your order is complete. If any shipping damages occur please call us right away at 201-313-1357 to initiate a claim. We will replace the floors at our cost.
3. Return Policy No worries. You can return your floors from up to 30 calendar days of the original sale. Please first call 201-313-1357 for a return authorization. The return must be in unopened boxes. Please have original receipt or invoice available. Refunds are given after the floors have been received by the warehouse in good resalable condition. Please note: A 25% inventory restocking fee is assessed on returns of 3 or more boxes. In the event that shipment of the return is necessary, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
