Will lead New York Accounting and Finance Office
Atlanta, GA – August 22, 2012 - Lucas Group, North America’s premier executive search firm,
announced today they have hired Christian Novissimo as their new Managing Partner for the firm’s New
York Accounting and Finance office. Novissimo comes to Lucas Group with 14 years experience in
accounting, sales and executive recruiting in New York and Long Island.

With distinguished professional roots in the New York and Long Island areas, Novissimo has built a
progressively successful career in Accounting and Finance recruiting, most recently working for Robert
Half and Green Key Resources. Throughout his recruiting tenure, he has diversified his client base,
enabling him to widen and strengthen his notable network of professional contacts.

and accounting capacities in the New York region, roles directly related to his new recruiting
responsibilities.
