The new organizational structure is intended to enhance Clare Air's ability to serve customers, increase profits, and pursue strategic growth opportunities across its markets. The changes, which take effect on February 1st, 2017, involve placing key leaders within the new regional structure. Clare Air's vice president stated that the new structure is a natural evolution that will allow the company to continue pursuing growth and profitability while emphasizing local leadership and collaboration across regions.

Clare Air Company announced Jan. 26 new division in Brazil. This division will be
responsible for all Latin America. Its organizational structure that will further
enhance the company’s ability to serve customers and increase profitability while
also continuing to capture strategic growth opportunities across its footprint. The
new structure, effective Fev. 1, 2017, places key leaders within the organization.
