Labelled the "new Kate Moss", 22 year old Cara Delevinge has taken
the fashion industry by storm, being named model of the year at the
British Fashion Awards. Cara is well and truly living the celebrity lifestyle,
appearing on numerous runways around the world including New York,
London and Paris as well as being a part of one of the hottest and most
powerful network of female friends including fellow supermodel Cindy
Crawford and pop sensations Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez. However
Cara still takes time from her hectic schedule, appearing on high end
fashion magazines such as vogue and numerous advertising
campaigns including Chanel and H&M to focus on pursuing her
childhood dreams of appearing on the big screen "I love the fashion
industry, I love what I do! but acting has always been a passion of mine
which I can't seem to shake off". She describes her current modelling
career as accidental "Believe it or not I never actually wanted to be a
model, acting was always my forte but acting is so hard to get into,
everyone just pushed me towards modelling"
It seems that Cara's talents don't end here, harbouring ambitions on
the stage as well as the big screen she recently dueted with Pharrell
William. Cara may be a woman of many talents with an army of fans
having an astonishing 2.84 million followers on twitter, however it is only

of time worrying about what people thought of me, constantly
torturing myself by reading anything published about me in the media!
I don't know what changed, I just suddenly realized that I was happy
with myself and what I've achieved, I was at peace with myself"
It is no secret that Cara has had therapy, after openly admitting it: it is
this honesty and openness that has made her such an inspiration to
many young women which Cara embraces by offering support to
those who need it through social media "There is nothing worse than
feeling alone, just knowing that my fans have someone who
understands and is willing to listen means the world to me! they talk to
me about anything ranging from depression to family problems".
Cara has had her fair share of family problems, with her mother having
fought a crippling heroin addiction whilst Cara and her siblings were
growing up, however it seems that these experiences have fuelled her
compassion and her eagerness to act as an agony aunt to her
followers.
Cara has a number of up coming modelling jobs lined up including
shooting with Mario Testino for British Vogue and advertising campaigns
such as Burberry fragrance. She has also bagged her first lead role in
the film adaption of John Greens 'Paper Towns', so it seems that Cara
