WHAT IF THERE WAS JUST
 A FEW MISSING PIECES?
STEP NUMBER 1
CLARITY: Decide the result you want before
   choosing a plan. This is simple if you
         have a model to follow.
STEP NUMBER 1 EXAMPLES

 I started an exercise program with proven results. I
  completed the program, following most of the steps, and
  I got positive results.

 I wanted more leads for my business. I found a business
  leader running advertising and modeled his campaign and
  case studies similar to my business and saw good results.

• Issues arise when we just start off without sight
  of our destination or a road map!
STEP NUMBER 2

STRATEGY: From the
model you chose,
determine all the
resources needed,
material and immaterial,
and create a daily
strategy paying attention
to ‘how’ the smallest
actions were completed.
STEP NUMBER 2 EXAMPLES
 For the exercise program, the material needs were the wall
  calendar with the workout lists, healthy food, DVDs, etc. The
  immaterial needs were support from the online community and
  belief that I could be better.

 For my lead needs, I purchased training with case studies and
  started to model the leader’s marketing campaign for me web site
  down to the types of ‘calls to action’ and where they were placed.

• Issues arise when you borrow a little bit from each
  successful case study instead of just following one!
STEP NUMBER 3

KISS (keep it simple sonny): Forget the usual meaning. You’re
certainly not stupid if you are following these steps. The model you
choose needs to be something that you can complete daily.
STEP NUMBER 2 EXAMPLES
 In the exercise program, there were a few days that I would miss,
  and then I would try to do two workouts the next day. It was
  murder! Not to mention, instead of choosing a few simple meals,
  I got creative (which was time consuming and demotivating since
  I don’t cook regularly).

 For my lead needs, I decided that I would use a few of the
  strategies I had learned from a lead generation company along
  with the model presented. This resulted in lost time and money.

 Issues arise when you attempt to innovate or add to the
  model when you do not have the basic strategy down yet.
STEP NUMBER 4

     ACTION: Now, you know how
     to take action in the right
     direction. So, the only challenges
     are staying consistent with your
     action plan, measuring your
     results at preset checkpoints, and
     rewarding yourself at those
     milestones as well.
STEP NUMBER 4 EXAMPLES
 In the exercise program, there were fit tests every 2 weeks and
  progress photos that were to be taken every 30 days. I think I did
  both every two weeks. It kept me motivated.

 For my lead needs, I made sure that I had Google Analytics set
  up and Aweber to track my results. I set my rewards in the form
  of vacations and donations, and documented my successes on
  video. (P.S. A few Facebook friends were tracking my progress
  too :p)

 Issues arise when you do not consistently follow the plan,
  track and celebrate your results, and reward yourself.
