elementary through high school students to succeed in school and in life, and in doing so involves them in efforts to

Founded in 1996, by a group that included 8 eighth grade students from Brinkley Middle School in Jackson,
Mississippi, it is Young People’s Project’s goal to train, employ and support 1000 high school students to become
Great Math Literacy Workers (MLWs) over the next 10 years through partnerships with local organizations, schools
and institutions. Great MLWs begin by teaching math to elementary students in their neighborhoods and become
engaged citizens prepared to make a difference in their own lives and in their communities. We are a progressive
organization which occupies an interesting intersection of social justice and education.

WE NEED:
• Print-ready brochure template provided in the high-resolution format
• Accurate, print-ready specifications
• Note: This project does not include printing
This will serve as an important tool for us to introduce ourselves to potential program partners and funders. We
haven’t had a comprehensive material like this to date, and it is something we know we really need!
We currently have copy for the brochure and photos which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have
a logo and visual brand, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
