Here are a few projects we’re particularly proud of:
The Brown House - Avon Old Farms
This enormous brownstone was in need of a new roof, and
Eagle Rivet delivered by installing synthetic tile. Only the best
fixtures were requested, and we were happy to oblige, with
premium, copper Alpine Snow Guards, as well as copper flashing
and gutters. These fixtures will not only keep the building safe -
they look good, and will accumulate a beautiful vintage patina as
they age.
Tisch Fieldhouse - Suffield Academy
This project for an exclusive Connecticut boarding school, involved
weatherproofing the roof using a patina-green Sarnafil PVC roofing
membrane. Eagle Rivet performed the work on time and on
budget. Contracted by FIP Construction.
Loomis Chaffee School - Mason Hall
This elite boarding school needed
a sturdy new roof for its Mason
Hall dormitory, and Eagle Rivet
was the obvious choice to build it.
For a building with so much history
and character, slate and standing-seam
copper roofs were chosen. We removed
the existing slate, and re-roofed the building
with high-end Evergreen brand slate from
Vermont. We also installed premium copper
Alpine Snow Guards, as well as copper flashing
and gutters. The photo on this page show a detail
of a snow guard, and the standing-seam roof over
a dormer window, as it ties into the slate portion of
the roof with copper flashing.
Vista Mar - Miami, Florida
Vista Mar Apartments is a luxury 110-unit housing
complex. It features high-end amenities and roof-top
facilities. For this 11,000 square foot project, Eagle Rivet
installed Firestone TPO membrane fully adhered to Lightweight
Insulating Concrete.

Eagle Sheet Metal Works in 1919. Eagle Rivet was formed in 2002
