b. Measurable--eacheventmustbe completed“bythe endof the Winterquarteror by
the beginningof Springquarter.” Anotherwaytomeasure thisgoal isbyhow many
people showuponthe day of the event.
c. Action-Oriented—eachmemberispartof a committee.Eachof themwere givenfirstor
secondpreferences,sothattheycouldenjoywhattheywouldbe doing.Thisgoal calls
each committee toaction.Currently,the ExecutiveBoardservesasadvisorsforeach

d. Realistic—sincemembersonlyhave aboutamonthto hosttheirevent,itreasonable to
hostan eventthat can easilybe fulfilledwithinthe requiredtime frame.Since our
organizationdoesnothave muchmoney,eachcommittee isgivena~$100 budgetfor
theireventsandare reimbursedwhentheypresenttheirreceiptstoourTreasurer.
