Wayne Simmons is applying for a job as a bartender. He has over 15 years of experience as a bartender, most recently with Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, where he rose to the rank of Head Bartender. He left to return home for family reasons and worked as a bartender in Tortola for two years before trying to reapply to Royal Caribbean but was told he had been away too long.
