This area was selected because it was observed by the researcher, while reading
the “News” newspaper dated Monday 15th November 2003 that the students in secondary
school use alcohol, I thought that is a concern that needed to be assessed. Therefore, it was
decided by the researcher to conduct a research on the 5th form student in his school.

3. Task 3: Method of investigation
My method of investigation will be in the form of a questionnaire. A
questionnaire was selected for my method of investigation because it was an easy method of
collecting data although it may be very time consuming it is very confidential seems of gathering
information.
