  the local market – (Assumption)
• Results from validation showed that majority
  customers had a budget of USD 5000 – (Results)
• We plan to design a mid range product in this
  price range – (Analysis)
• Plan to collaborate with NGOs and Insurance
  Companies to bring down the costs – (Analysis)

SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF UPPER LIMB AMPUTEES

• Interviews and Previous Studies showed that
  the ration between Upper and Lower Limb
  amputation is 3:7 (Result)
• Keeping in view these findings:
  – 1/3rd of the total amputees is our target market
  – The New market size of 100,000/300,000 is still
    feasible – (Analysis)

  indeed consider local customer support as a

  the provision of Prosthesis for soldiers.

• Military presently spends USD 4000 for a
  “Cosmetic Limb” replacement.
