 Analyze applications coded in Lotus Notes. This application maybean application thatcan be open usinga
Lotus Notes Client and some of the application can beviewed usingthe web browser. This would be the
basis for all thedecisions regardingtheneeded forms, views and other functionality
 Create a Detailed Design in relation with the analysisdonein each of the application.Detailed design
includes all thedata such as the schema mappingfrom Lotus Notes to SharePoint,migration difference that
describes what changes that is expected in each existingapplicationsin Lotus Notes, application data that
tells on how to migrate the whole application,details on howto create the views, forms and content types
for all applications.
 Implementation of the design.This portion is considered as the Build stage. Creating the SharePointsite or
sitecollection in which all thedata included in the design must be reflected in the application itself isthe
primary roleof being responsiblein the build stage.
 Unit testing and/or peer review to identify the discrepancy of the detailed design and the application built.
 Reports status of applications if thiswould reach or would exceed to the budget. Reports the deployment
status of all the application and its currentenvironment location.This includes errors,limitations,unmapped
users and security groups.
 Participates in creatinga tool to automate some of the testing procedures specifically theschema mapping
from Lotus Notes to SharePoint. This tool also checks the entire configuration donein all the technologies
used likeLotus Notes, Quest Notes Migrator for SharePoint and SharePoint.
 Creates a new version of the tool to remove the limitation of this tool to justconnecting to a local Domino
and SharePoint server. This tool uses web services to connect to both technologies.
 Help my peers in completing their task by suggestingdifferent approach and statingsome of the facts found
in the technologies we used.
 Get the position of being a build master. The responsibility of this position isto deploy each application from
one environment to other.

Creating the SharePointsite or sitecollection in which all thedata included in the design must be reflected in the application itself isthe primary roleof being responsiblein the build stage.  Unit testing and/or peer review to identify the discrepancy of the detailed design and the application built.  Reports status of applications if thiswould reach or would exceed to the budget. Reports the deployment status of all the application and its currentenvironment location.This includes errors,limitations,unmapped users and security groups.  Participates in creatinga tool to automate some of the testing procedures specifically theschema mapping from Lotus Notes to SharePoint. This tool also checks the entire configuration donein all the technologies used likeLotus Notes, Quest Notes Migrator for SharePoint and SharePoint.  Creates a new version of the tool to remove the limitation of this tool to justconnecting to a local Domino and SharePoint server. This tool uses web services to connect to both technologies.  Help my peers in completing their task by suggestingdifferent approach and statingsome of the facts found in the technologies we used.  Get the position of being a build master.
