Lauren has been a wonderful asset to our company and for me, it is with great regret that our roads have to
part.
She is a kind person, always friendly and helpful, stable-minded and content, trustworthy, responsible, and
does everything with a sense of moral integrity.
Lauren is hard working and committed to every aspect of her job. She always puts the company’s interests
first and takes initiative to think one step ahead at all times.
Lauren is punctual and very good at managing her time effectively. She can always be counted on to keep
to deadlines and always offers to help wherever needed.
She has great telephone and interpersonal skills, dealing with our clients and our suppliers in a professional
manner. She is also very well skilled on a wide range of computer programmes, which makes her versatile
and competent of various tasks.
She enjoys learning new things, and is always eager and appreciative about learning. She is fast at grasping
a task at hand, and performing exactly what is expected of her, and once a task has been assigned, she is
efficient at following up or repeating a task when necessary, without solicitation. She is extremely
intelligent, knows how to listen, asks relevant questions and has a very good memory.
For Lauren, there is hardly ever a problem. She is a problem solver and always attempts to minimise
problems by taking the relevant initiative and actions in order to find solutions.
Lauren has a sharp eye for detail and accuracy, whether it be for researching, proof-reading and editing,
designing, invoicing, general office administration… I trust her judgement and value her input on
everything.
I respect Lauren for her calm and rational way of thinking and for the gracious way in which she approached
everything she does.
I would recommend Lauren to any employer who needs a person on which they can count. Lauren has been
my ‘right-hand’ for as long as she has worked for me.
