1. Puzzle maker website is really neat. I can choose different type of puzzles you want to create for
example: Word Search, Criss- Cross and Double Puzzles. These can be used in class when studying and
learning historic events and the best thing about this is it is free!

2. This is free virus software called AVG that has been trusted by millions. It protects computers by
removing viruses, and spywares, it has great phishing protection, and check websites so that you can
browse safely. Having this will protect the computers in my classroom.

3. This Communication Initiative Network is focused toward teachers, students, and others such as
journalist and human rights advocates. By using this website in my class I can use this to expose the
students to other students on an international level to create an international educational community.

4. The Scuttlepad networking site is for children ages 6-11. I would use this in my classroom with
parent’s permission so that the students can build friendship, promote accountability, and know what’s
going on in each others lives. This networking website encourages educational values, positive
messages, prohibits sex and violence, does not have consumerism and make sure privacy and security

5. ABC Teach is an educator’s resource website. This website offers ways I can create my own
worksheets, focused on theme events through the year (holidays/American Traditions) and make
activities fun for my students.

2. 5 Sites - That target your content, Sites that do an excellent job of presenting information from your future topic.
1.IXL.COM is a site that has subjects focusing on each grade level. I will use this site to give my students the
opportunity to focus their math. What is unique about this site is that it gives you the state standard on this subject
and I will be able to track my students progress to make sure they are meeting the state’s standard.
