Since 2002 I have been working with sales and implementation of logistics solutions for the
pharmaceutical industry primarily on GDP but also on GCP and GMP activities.
I am business minded and good at identifying solutions that benefits the involving parties and
present them convincingly. I am empathetic and analytical and can make a strategy for a
successful way to an acceptance.
I have created successful results with leading many large scale projects. I manage to make
tough prioritisation of the work load and deliverables towards external and as well as internal
stakeholders. I strive to involve the project team members when setting targets for the
projects. It is my belief that this approach gives the best buy in and motivation in the team, to
deliver on time, with the expected quality and within budget.
