10. JOB ORDER: Receive job order specifications (electronically, verbally or in-person) CLARIFICATIONS : Clarify details and ensure we have a clear picture of what is needed . Our clear interpretation and understanding of your need is crucial to our delivery process. BLITZ: Over thirty specialized senior recruiters will blitz for candidates, networking extensively in the market, talking to hundreds of potential candidates, utilizing their market knowledge, years of IT connections, utilizing our highly progressive market search tools, extensive internal databases, and sourcing tried-and-true methods and technologies. PRESENTATION TO ACCOUNT REP: The account rep (in this case, Anita Sandberg) will thoroughly review each recruiter's candidate for fit before presenting to client. PRESENTATION TO CLIENT: we will aim to present you with the three best candidates out of all the candidates found and 'locked' for the job. We will not stop at the first three finds, we will uncover the market thoroughly before choosing our interpretation of the best fit. OUR PRESENTATION GOALS:SPEED & QUALITY!! We will present within 24-48 hours in most cases, and ensure that we have the right fit and that we are not wasting your time. COMMUNICATION/FOLLOW UP: We will follow up with client to ensure satisfaction and fit. INTERVIEWS: We will coordinate all interviews. If candidate is interviewing elsewhere etc. we will keep client informed. JOBOFFERS & NEGOTIATIONS: We will manage all candidate rate negotiations and closing of candidate before presentation and final details upon offer PAPERWORK/ORIENTATION: We will manage sign up and orientation through full cycle RETENTION: We will be proactive with client and candidate, through regular communication and meetings (at end of first day, end of first week, and then maintaining at least monthly contact), to ensure both parties are sufficiently happy through the duration of mandate. This will enable us to troubleshoot issues before they ever escalate. COST SAVINGS:We will get you the accurate fit for your needs, within time and budget. Our recruiters have strong networks and utilize best practices for recruitment; ensuring you find the right person quickly. We also have strong negotiation skills.
