ABOUT LAKE AEROSPACE, INC.
• Formed in 2009 to re-start production of Lake
amphibian aircraft.
• Validated demand for over 240 aircraft from 12 foreign
governments, international agencies, four U.S. federal
and five state agencies.
• Global strategy of system integration to meet multi-
mission demands.
• Owners/founders background in special operations, law
enforcement, systems design/integration and
modification.
• Significant Partnership/investment opportunity to
leverage global demand for aircraft and related
systems.
ABOUT THE SEAWOLF
The SEAWOLF is an aircraft of conventional riveted aluminum
construction with particular attention paid to its role as a boat-
hulled amphibian. It has a watertight hull designed to operate
efficiently in the air as well as in the water. In the sealed hull are
five (5) separate watertight compartments constructed of heavy
gauge aluminum skins and bulkheads for strength. This 28-foot
(8.6 meter) boat is capable of withstanding countless landings in
open water at speeds of 50 to 60 knots. The strakes on the
bottom of the hull add strength, facilitate transition from
displacement to the step and enhance maneuverability while
step-taxiing. The deep "V" of the hull allows the SEAWOLF to
operate effectively in rough water.
The SEAWOLF is not a landplane converted to seaplane use, but
is designed and built as an amphibian from the ground up. Every
part is alodined or custom coated, then primed prior to
assembly.
• Short Take-Off and Landing Capabilities
• The SEAWOLF offers exceptional short field/small water
performance.
• The boat shaped hull allows for circular take-offs and
landings.
• The SEAWOLF can be easily and quickly disassembled and
loaded onto a transport aircraft or ship for special rapid
deployment to distant theaters of operation.

HISTORY
Lake Amphibians come from the successful design teams of Republic
Aircraft and Grumman Corporation. With origins rooted in such
great amphibious aircraft as the Goose, Widgeon, Mallard, and
Albatross, our company flew our first model (Skimmer) in early 1948.
The Skimmer was subsequently FAA certified in 1955 as the first in a
series of successful boat hulled amphibious aircraft.
In the ensuing years, new improved models with higher horsepower
and increased seating capacity were introduced, each building on
the success of the previous model.
The SEAWOLF is the 7th generation of this proud line of amphibious
aircraft.
