This document summarizes LaTrice C. Moore's doctoral dissertation which examined the entrepreneurial characteristics and attitudes of Millennials enrolled at a central Florida community college. The study found that Millennials exhibited certain entrepreneurial personality traits and attitudes regardless of their major or demographics. There were no significant differences found between Millennials and non-Millennials. The study recommends community colleges develop interdisciplinary entrepreneurship programs to help students from all majors develop skills for the workforce.
