RA was further increased by PM Decree#24/PM< dated on
Feb.13,2008 that included:
- RA above Reservoir full supply level(FSL) of EL. 538:
20,800 ha;
- DDZ between FSL.EL 538 and low water level of EL 525.5:
6,400 ha;
- Nam Malou area: 4,100 ha
total: 31,300 ha
