4. Treatment for Hematochezia
The treatment for hematochezia is going to
depend on what has caused this symptom.
The severity of treatment ranges from hemor-
rhoids to colon cancer.

A general weight loss and wasting occuring in
the course of a chronic disease or emotional
disturbance.

There are so many different causes of cachex-
ia. Below is a list of a few common causes:
HIV Infection

Congestive Heart Failure

Gallstones are calcium deposits in the gall
bladder which is called cholelitheasis. This
leads to the necessary treatment with
choledocholithotripsy. If left untreated, the
gallstones could travel to the common bile
duct and block the flow of bile to the
intestine causing obstructive jaundice.
