    interview process

 Acceptance of a Request for Recruitment
 Publishing the request to the various avenues of sourcing
 Receiving applications from various sources
 First level discussion with the applicant to ascertain the
  relevance with respect to the opening
 Assigning the applications to the relevant openings

Interview Scheduling


 Allocate the applicant to the relevant Hiring Manager
 Coordinate with both the Hiring Manager and the
  applicant to complete interviews
 Track the events meticulously
 In the event of rejection , communicate to the candidate
 Maintain the database of applicants for future use.

Offer roll out

 In the event of a selection, collect relevant documents
  from the applicant .
 Complete the reference check.
 Work along with the Hiring Manager to release offer.
 Assist in re-negotiation if required.
 On acceptance of offer, follow up with the applicant till
  joining.
 On joining, enable data collection from the applicant and
  handover to the Business for induction.
