The kit Water Pump Controller is based on water level which is a reliable circuit. When water overflowing starts the motor automatically off. This product is designed to control of motor (water pump). There are two open wires which are connected to indicate the level one is ground and other is level. We can operate the motor by using these wires. There are two led to indicate motor on or off, if red green led is ON means water full then water pump is OFF, and if red led is glow means do not full the water tank, the water pump is on. In this kit Water Pump Controller the first block is power supply in which the input is 230V AC which is step down using the transformer (12-0-12) .The 12V ac input is fed to the bridge diode to gives 12V pulsating DC. This DC voltage is filtered through the capacitor to remove the ripples. The filtered DC is fed to 7805 regulator to fetch +5v regulated output. In the kit Water Pump Controller it includes 7404 is a NOT gate IC. It consists of six inverters which perform logical invert action. The output of an inverter is the complement of its input logic state, i.e., when input is high its output is low and vice versa. In this project a relay driver IC (ULN2803 IC) is used which is use as an amplifier this IC convert low voltage low current to high voltage high current and derive the relay. This IC drives the relay to activate the water pump. The relay acts as electromagnetic switch. The output from 7404 IC goes to relay driver IC. This IC amplifies this signal and drives the relay. In this project two wires use to indicate the level one is ground and other is pin1 of 7404 IC. If ground pin is connected to pin 1 of 7404 IC the motor is automatically off means water full’s the tank and motor automatically off. www.kitsguru.com
