In the past, it was sufficient to “do your job”; but today’s top professionals—and future leaders--

sufficient to just work IN the process--leaders know they must be working ON the processes, too.
1. Fundamentals for Future Leaders
Milan, Italy
29 June-3 July, 2009 14-18 September, 2009
In the past, it was sufficient to “do your job”; but today’s top professionals—and future leaders--
must be doing their jobs while ALSO working to make their organizations better. It is no longer
sufficient to just work IN the process--leaders know they must be working ON the processes, too.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
Identify areas for improvement
Generate new ideas for better ways of working
Engage people to implement changes that work
Manage and communicate changes effectively.
The workshop format combines lectures (in English) with practical, hands-on exercises and a mini-
project. Participants will lead small teams and participate in lively discussions in our learning
laboratory environment. Simple, creative, and practical solutions are encouraged.
This intensive, week-long workshop is perfect for:
Young professionals—technical and non-technical--who can incorporate these fundamentals
into their skill set from the beginning of their careers
New supervisors and managers who want to enhance their skills in process and project
management
Anyone who wants to increase their potential within their organization.
Our active, energizing workshops are designed for professionals who want to be leaders of
change, rather than fearful followers.
A few things that make Camponovo workshops different:
Demonstrated mastery: Participants complete a real-world mini-project and present results
within the 5-day course.
An international environment: Participants will increase their practical experience working
and presenting in English.
Our commitment to success: After the workshop, participants are eligible for a follow-up
coaching /consulting session on applying these tools in their organization.*

Hotel, and we support her work which brings benefit not only to her business, but to the
