spearhead the upcoming January Recruitment and Induction drive.

4. OCP Responsibilities
- Steer the direction of the OC and generate synergy
within the team
- Manage OC members and ensure that they are aligned to
the goals of the team
- Maintain internal communications and coordination of
information across the OC
- Track the timeline and progress of work for each team
