• Refined the design of the Enhancement Management ensuring delivery of the process requirements within a
very strict development window also developed and deliver the application training course.
Keith played a key role in the development and delivery of the global enhancement solution which has been rolled
out to groups in all Sell business. Keith, took on the role of a process lead but also supported the IT4IT delivery team as
a business PM. Keith Also took on other tasks such as training and also solution definition and testing.
• Supported the migration from an in house solution to an HP SAAS solution for Application Portfolio
Management containing some 7000 deployed assets ensuring that the delivered solution did not impact
configuration data in connected systems until a full data alignment activity was complete
I called on Keith as a trouble shooter in the development and delivery of APEX, acting as a trusted pair of eyes on what
was a 90% KAS partner lead project. His vigilance and knowledge improved the end solution and identified issues that
would have otherwise have been missed until the system was operational.
In addition to these tasks I have also called on Keith to manage the delivery of the migration of APEX testing to the
central Testing COE team, In this role Keith managed the delivery, task and work package definition and delivery. Keith
acted as Project Manager in this work, being self-supporting and only coming to myself as sign off party for validation
steer and sign off when needed. Keith managed a complicated project involving both off shore, UK and NL based teams,
delivering on schedule to a very high quality. Keith made a difficult assignment seem simple! And delivered with no
noise and with compliments and good comments from those he worked with. The effort Keith put into this has more
than paid back the investment, removing well over 100 hours of end user testing with every APEX release.
I would like to add in summary:
I have called on Keith on multiple occasions from the development of the Enhancement process to the migration of
Testing services for APEX. On each occasion Keith has more than delivered the agreed scope to the highest standards.
Keith is very organised and structured, seeing the full task at hand and quickly realising the best approach for delivery. I
would without doubt, not hesitate to entrust key projects to Keith. It is rare to find a safe trusted pair of hands that
understands how to deliver in Shell.
