This is because his sentences tend to start, pause, and finish at the end of lines. After he mastered the blank verse he began to vary the flow. 5. Romeo and Juliet is a play based on love. At the beginning of the play Romeo was In love with Rosaline. According to About.com, “this was an immature infatuation.” Lee Jamieson also states, “that Romeo’s love for Rosaline is shallow And nobody really believes that it will last, including Friar Laurence.” . In the beginning Juliet was going to marry Paris. In the play Romeo and Juliet love could be fate. Even though they both were in love with someone else they somehow managed to find each other and fall in love. There were different types of love in Romeo and Juliet other than just theirs. This love is friendship. There were several friendships in this play. There was a close relationship between Juliet and her nurse. Moore states that, “is set in a private world and focuses on the passions and personal lives of its major figures Indeed, it has often been described as a "tragedy of character"; Othello's swift descent into jealousy and rage and Iago's dazzling display of villainy have long fascinated students and critics of the play.” In this play Othello was the hero and Largo was a diabolical villain. Othello sees the infidelity of his wife, Desdemona, because of Iago. In this play Iago tears Othello down by doing several things. Iago destroys Othello from the inside out. He turns Othello against some his men. For example Othello put Michael Cassio down at his wedding feast. Othello does this because Iago got Cassio drunk and the whole time he was trying to make it seem as if there was something going on between Cassio and Desdemona. othello
8. In the end Othello has his down fall and his wife is murdered. This is two tragedies in one. Othello lost everything including his wife. This play implies a tragedy, love, and hate all in one. It shows love because Othello loved his wife. The hate comes from the fact that Othello and Iago both hate each. He uses different types of . Friendship is also one type of love that he likes to use. He also uses hatred a lot. For example in Taming of the Shrew the lady hated just about everyone.
