 Responsible in monitoring & updating the files ( underclearance, In transit, WH
received, PO pending).
 Undertake necessary action with regards missing stocks, damaged or incomplete
deliveries.
 Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, liners and suppliers.
 Follow up with the supplier that all stocks are dispatching as per agreed dates of
deliveries.
 Coordinating to the Merchandise team if there an issues with the items ( price
difference, damage items, missing items ) .
 Preparing of GRN documents, expense statements (import charges, claim sheets) for
finance department.
