Greenhills Beach
The reason we chose this super team with Karan Bambacas
and Avalon Nieto-Roels was because oftheir local knowledge
and with Karan living only a couple of doors up from us and
having her two children as part of our communityand our
family. We found that it was an amazing opportunity
considering the amountofhomes Karan has sold in the
estate and her knowledge on every single home thathas
been builthere. We also saw Karan door knocking one day
so that showed us how eager she was and the job that she
did for other people in the area. She always had a smile on
her face and we could tell that she works reallyhard for the
sales.A big thing for us in honesty, from the start Karan was
very honestwith us and there was always very good communication with both Karan and Avalon. Nothing was
ever too much,we could contact them out of hours and they were happy to take our phone calls and always very
helpful.We are very fussy, so we were always calling,texting and emailing outofhours and they were always
very helpful throughoutthe whole process.We would like to thank Karan and Avalon for the work they did for us,
they did a great job and we would highlyrecommend them.We are looking forward to working with them in the
future.
