The design brief consist of a 5 Star Hotel
and an office towers located on they
opposite site of the Twin Tower across the
KLCC Park.
The concept of the development is to
create an elegant and dynamic elevation.
The idea is to link the common area i.e.
podium of the Hotel and office tower which
compliment each other. The hotel and
office is a 24 and 40 height building and
flanking the both sits a 400 seating capacity
banquet hall on the 4th floor podium level
as it gracefully facing the Petronas Twin
Tower
