We have extensive experience in both the sourcing and supply
of top-end porcelain and ceramic tiles from around the globe.
As such, we offer a comprehensive selection for all project
types, from the most robust and specialised porcelain floor
tiles to the finest decorative ceramics. We pride ourselves in

VINYL
Recently we co-developed an exclusive LGSS range of both
stick-down and clic-in timber-look vinyl in 5 colours, which we
stock locally. This was sourced and developed in conjunction
with a major international vinyl producer, to ensure the
best aesthetic while retaining technical integrity and cost
effectiveness. Both types have a 0.5mm wear-layer which
is suited to medium traffic commercial applications as well
as residential use. For large-scale projects we are able to
manufacture specific colours, formats and finishes with
various wear-layer thicknesses to meet the project
requirements.Onanapples-for-applesscale,wecanguarantee
our pricing is lower than any competitor in the market.
ENGINEERED OAK
With our high quality, pre-finished engineered oak products
available in multiple lengths, widths and thicknesses, we are
able to provide an engineered timber solution to meet almost
any design aesthetic.
LAMINATES
Laminates are no longer a cheap, undesirable option in
flooring, and with our Kronotex laminate from Germany, clients
can specify and utilise a top-end product at accessible prices.
SANITARYWARE AND BRASSWARE

Projects
SASOL COMMERCIAL PARK, Sandton – A combination of
over 20 000m2
of Italian and 7 000m2
of Chinese porcelain
was supplied for use in the internal and external areas of
the complex.
SHOSHANGUVE MALL, Shoshanguve – 12 000m2
of an
affordable, full-bodied Chinese porcelain tile in a range of
colours, was supplied for the main walkways, ablutions and
external cladded areas
MALL OF THE SOUTH, Rispark – Around 14 000m2
of marble
conglomerate in various colours and textures was sourced
from Italy for the mall’s main walkways and facades
BRACKENFELL MALL, Western Cape – Even with a tight budget,
over 5 000m2
of a technical Italian porcelain tile was supplied
for the main walkways and high foot-traffic areas.
VAAL MALL, Vereeniging – For the refurbishment of the existing
mall as well as the extensions, we supplied over 11 000m2
of
Italian porcelain to completely revitalise their areas.
EY AND ERIS TOWERS, Sandton – After being challenged to find
alowcost,highqualityEuropeanstone-lookporcelaintile,Lime
Green won this prestigious project with a simple but unique
design aesthetic that met the brief and the budget. A total of
±8 000m2
was supplied across internal and external areas.
VIRGIN ACTIVE GYMS, National – As the design aesthetic
evolved, Virgin Active gyms have procured wood look-alike
porcelain for their change rooms. We also imported and
supplied sports flooring for their studios and aerobic areas.
VIVA GYMS – A wide range of vinyl and tiles have gone into this
exciting new South African gym chain.
RIVERCLUB GOLF AND CONFERENCE CENTRE, Cape Town –
3 000m2
of beautiful Italian wood-look porcelain tiles were
sourced and supplied for this exciting refurbishment.
