Quality
Every incoming delivery is evaluated for quality during the incoming goods inspection. A
delivery flulfils the quality requirements if it meets the basic speeifications.
Speeial concessions which arise for a reason which is the responsibility ofthe supplier will be
counted as a poor delivery in the supplier evaluation.
Meeting delivcry dates
A delivery is punctual ifit is made at the agreed-upon place by the agreed-upon deadline in
the required quality as are specifled in the order and confirmed by an order acknowledgment.
Analysis
The analysis is done regularly by determining an overall score.
Ifyour rating is the elassification A or B,
we would like to encourage you to use this information to optimize your internal processes so
that you will move up to supplier dass A, in case you do not already belong to this dass.
The result ofthe supplier evaluation is ofthe greatest importance in the ffirther course of
business relations and will be given attention accordingly.
Ifyour rating is the classification C,
we request you to supply us with a list ofyour measures as weh as a schedule oftheir
implementation in order to move up in the classification. This would be in both ofour
interests. We will document, evaluate and, ifneed be, support this list ofmeasures to be
